    Loan applications are facilitated through your contractor. We work with select contracting businesses that have been vetted by our team. If your contractor is not enrolled in our network, they must sign up to join our network before you can apply for a loan with us or we can get you in contact with an approved contractor in our network.

    Work with your approved contractor to apply online for a home improvement loan. You can apply to see your loan offers with no impact to your credit. Your contractor will guide you through the process and go over any loan options with you.

  • When will my payments begin?

    Payments will typically begin 30 days after your project has been completed and requested for funding by your contractor. This may vary based on your loan type or loan terms.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can access your account from virtually anywhere, anytime using our mobile app or by logging into your online account here. Payment methods include electronic checks, ACH payments, Bill Pay Services, Phone Payments, US Postal Service and Express Mail.
